Senior Product Designer — Trading

This role owns the core trading surfaces: research, order entry, position management, portfolio. You'll work directly with engineers and PMs, prototype in the real codebase, and be in the room when product decisions get made.

What you'll do

Own product design across the trading surfaces, from flow-level decisions down to the micro-interactions that matter when someone is mid-trade
Prototype in the real codebase using AI tooling. Figma alone isn't enough here.
Work within the design system as it gets built, and flag where it needs to grow
Be in the room when product decisions happen and have real opinions about them

What we're looking for

Has shipped retail trading products with real users: equities, options, futures, crypto, some meaningful combination. If you haven't designed for people making real trades with real money, this probably isn't the right fit.
Understands trading mechanics well enough to have strong opinions about where current products get it wrong
Strong craft and taste. The work should look considered.
Mobile is expected, not optional. This isn't a desktop-only product.
Can prototype in the real codebase using AI tooling. Not expected to write production code, but Figma alone isn't enough.
High autonomy. You'll set your own direction and course-correct when you're wrong.
