Join a real estate company that's part of a larger entrepreneurial group of businesses spanning construction management, environmental services, and leasing. This role will build and lead a brand-new marketing department from the ground up, driving growth across multiple companies.

*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across the real estate, environmental, and construction companies
- Drive organic and paid leads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Create and compile engaging marketing videos and visual assets
- Manage company websites (WordPress) and write compelling copy for all marketing materials
- Oversee social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms

*Qualifications:*
- Significant real estate and digital marketing experience; background in real estate, construction, or leasing is essential
- Tech-savvy and creative, with video compilation skills and WordPress experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial self-starter able to manage multiple initiatives and build a function from scratch
