Wholesale Merchandising Assistant

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, maintain and validate accuracy of weekly business reporting and style selling
Manage Anaplan Entry from Adoption to GTM
Prepare and maintain all tools relative to the assortment planning process
Preseason Adoption Prep
Paginations
Ranking Files
Buy Tool / Tagging Files
Various ad-hoc projects that will require a full understanding of product life cycle
Coordinate and help drive Market showroom activities to optimize WHSL priorities
Sample liaison between Sales/Merchandising
Participate in pre-season merchandising meetings to understand product and global assortment strategies in order to deliver balanced assortments for wholesale

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Strong retail analysis with well-developed retail math skill set
Solid written & verbal communication skills and facility with Excel/Powerpoint
Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong, client-service approach
Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with large amounts of data
Ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Passion for the Ralph Lauren brand, lifestyle positioning, and performance/luxury apparel
