YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact
You bring valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships
You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
You are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure
You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
You must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid Provincial driver’s licence with a clean driving record and must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
