Occupancy Specialist (HUD / Section 8)

An established property management company in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a detail-oriented Occupancy Specialist to join its team. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with HUD and Section 8 regulations by managing tenant certifications, recertifications, and occupancy documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, enjoys working with documentation and deadlines, and is willing to learn navigating affordable housing programs.

Salary: 60K-65K 

Hours: 10 am - 5 pm
