Description
Develop and execute a national enterprise sales plan, including target accounts, revenue forecasts, pipeline goals, and account priorities.
Identify and pursue opportunities with employers, corporate wellness programs, hospitality groups, wellness organizations, and other partners whose customers or employees could benefit from Truvaga.
Build relationships with senior decision makers and navigate complex organizations to understand their goals, purchasing processes, and requirements.
Create tailored proposals and business cases that show how Truvaga can fit into each partner’s wellness offering or customer experience.
Lead the sales process from prospecting and presentations through negotiations, contracting, implementation, and expansion.
Work with Marketing to develop account-specific materials, campaigns, events, and partner launch plans.
Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure commitments to enterprise accounts can be delivered effectively.
Establish clear measures of success for each partnership, monitor results, and identify opportunities to increase adoption and revenue.
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, sales forecasts, and account plans, and communicate progress and obstacles to leadership.
Represent electroCore and Truvaga at industry events, partner meetings, and executive presentations.
Develop a strong understanding of Truvaga, the consumer wellness market, and the competitive landscape. Communicate product information accurately and in accordance with approved claims and company guidance.

Requirements

Significant experience developing and closing enterprise or strategic accounts, preferably in consumer wellness, health technology, employee benefits, hospitality, or a related field.
Demonstrated success building new business opportunities and managing long, complex sales cycles.
Strong executive presence and the ability to present a clear business case to a range of stakeholders.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and working across internal teams to launch and grow partnerships.
Strong analytical skills, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and evaluating account performance.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and build a new channel in a growing business.
Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
