FCA is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Jr. Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing/Communications team. This entry-level role is a great fit for someone who enjoys writing, organizing information, supporting proposals, and learning how marketing works in a professional services setting. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, technical staff, and other team members in a friendly, collaborative environment where asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning along the way are encouraged.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the Marketing Manager and technical staff to help develop proposal materials, qualifications packages, and related business development content.
Draft, edit, format, and maintain resumes, boilerplate language, project descriptions, and other everyday marketing materials.
Help keep proposal content libraries, project sheets, staff resumes, and company information current, organized, and consistent.
Assist with proofreading, formatting, production, and organization of proposal submissions and presentation materials.
Update FCA’s website content as directed, including project information, staff and company updates, news items, and other marketing content.
Support FCA’s social media updates by preparing or posting approved content, helping monitor schedules, and maintaining consistent branding and messaging.
Connect with internal team members and technical staff to gather details needed for marketing and proposal deliverables.
Maintain organized digital files, templates, image assets, and marketing resources.
Provide general administrative and coordination support for marketing and business development activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant internship, coursework, or work experience will also be considered.
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills.
Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Comfortable working with managers, technical staff, and internal team members in a collaborative setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with website content management systems, social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, or proposal software is a plus.
Interest in marketing, proposals, branding, communications, and professional services.
