Job Description:

One of our clients is undertaking a migration of Equity / Stock Plan Administration capabilities from the Solium platform to ISW. We are looking for Product Managers / Product Owners with experience in one or more of the following areas related to Equity Compensation Financial Reporting:
Equity Compensation / Stock Plan Administration (Stock Options, RSUs, ESPPs, PSUs)
Financial Reporting and Accounting for share-based compensation
ASC 718 / IFRS 2 reporting
Compensation expense forecasting, valuation, and disclosure reporting
EPS dilution and financial reporting
Product ownership, requirements management, backlog management, and UAT
Experience with platforms such as Solium/Shareworks, E*TRADE Corporate Services, Fidelity Stock Plan Services, Morgan Stanley at Work, Equity Edge, or similar solutions would be highly desirable.
