This role is for someone who takes initiative, cares deeply about the work, and owns their results. You'll work independently while keeping the team's goals front and center, and you'll be comfortable picking up the phone with CEOs, investors, and founders.

Lead phone and email outreach to senior business leaders, from first contact to confirmation
Hold prep calls with speakers and moderators
Build lasting relationships with speakers and participants after each convening by bringing value based on their needs and becoming a connector
Program Development and Execution
Build agendas, panel structures, and session flow
Own assigned programs from planning through on-site execution and follow-up
Proactively bring new ideas for themes, speakers, and formats
