As a lead change management consultant within Human resources (HR), you’ll be responsible for leading change management efforts across complex, high-impact initiatives. This individual will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of their work, and can independently lead projects from planning through implementation and sustainment. You'll bring strong change management expertise, strategic thinking, collaboration skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while developing practical strategies that drive successful adoption and lasting change.

Location: This is a remote position, with occasional travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Cleveland, OH, two to three times per year.

Minimum qualifications

A minimum 9 years' experience in leading projects/project delivery and/or operational change management
[OR] Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 6 years' experience in leading projects/project delivery and/or operational change management
Preferred skills

Proven ability to independently lead complex change initiatives from planning through implementation and sustainment.
Proven hands-on experience applying change management principles, methodologies (e.g., Prosci), and tools to organizational change initiatives.
Ability to translate business objectives into practical change management strategies and actionable plans.
Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and facilitate alignment across teams and organizational levels.
Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ability to operate effectively with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
Strong consulting, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor approaches to diverse audiences.

Compensation

$89,600 - $119,500/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
