Judaica Place is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing Ecommerce Operations team. If you're organized, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and take pride in getting things done accurately and efficiently, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

1. Print, organize, and accurately pick customer orders
2. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
3. Review vendor invoices for accuracy and reconcile discrepancies
4. Monitor inventory levels and place orders with vendors as needed
5. Assist with general administrative and warehouse operations
6. Support the team in keeping daily operations running smoothly

Qualifications

1. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
2. Reliable, responsible, and a strong work ethic
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
4. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
5. Basic computer skills are a plus
