Ganeinu Academy is a Jewish STEAM / Reggio inspired program that is dedicated to providing quality education, interactive learning, and memorable experiences. We are looking for a highly motivated Elementary teacher and assistant to inspire and be part of a great team.

Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, vibrant, and dynamic team environment. Minimum of 4 years’ experience is required.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and deliver curriculum founded on the center’s philosophies whilst following School regulations and National Quality Standards
2. Create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning
3. Develop strategies to guide positive children's behavior
4. Build good, open communication with children, families, and staff
5. Observe and record children's growth, development, and behavior using electronic portfolios
6. Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic, and safe
7. Help develop teaching goals for the center and its teachers

Requirements

1. Experience working in an educational setting
2. Fantastic organizational and teamwork skills
3. Sound written and verbal communication skills
4. A good level of computer literacy
5. A good understanding of the Elementary Years Learning Framework
