About the Role

Interns are assigned to one of the following teams within GMD. All placements offer hands-on market experience and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one.

Currently enrolled college student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
Minimum GPA of 3.5
Must be eligible to work in the United States — visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future (including CPT, OPT, and F-1)
Available for the full 10-week program (June – August 2027)

Global Markets Structuring

Structuring is a team of financial engineering specialists focused on developing innovative, bespoke solutions for clients. The team works closely with Sales and Trading to price and execute complex transactions, develop product offerings, and advise clients on risk. Coverage spans all GMD asset classes — fixed income, equity, hybrids, and secured financing — across Corporate, Financial Institutions, and Transversal mandates.

Intern responsibilities may include:

Supporting the development and marketing of structured product solutions
Assisting with pricing and execution of complex cross-asset transactions
Contributing to risk advisory work and platform enhancement initiatives
Engaging with legal, compliance, tax, and regulatory workstreams as relevant

Required skills

Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail
