Who We're Hiring
When sales closes a platform / marketplace deal that needs payments infra moved to Whop, someone has to take it off the AE's plate and drive the technical integration to completion. That's you — embedded between customer and product, building custom vertical integrations that are not core eng's job.

This is not a President's Club AE bar. We hire cracked eng-operators who sit with customers:

Founder / ex-founder who built and integrated payments or marketplace infra themselves (or made 7 figures shipping product), OR

Customer-facing engineer (FDE, Solutions Eng, Founding Eng) with years shipping with customers — API/automation/integrations fluent, OR

Technical operator who can write code, live in Cursor/Claude, and sit with platform eng teams without a translator

If you only want to write tickets for someone else to build, this isn't your role.

Our culture is built on the premise that people should be given budget to take large bets, have full agency, and move fast as f*ck. Today there are 100 people full time at Whop — 75% ex-founders.

Given the small size of our team, we pay best in class base + OTE with extremely competitive equity packages.

Location: In-person NYC / Brooklyn, 5 days in office.
