Align and operationalize internal and external social media presence, culture amplification and employee highlights
Champion Cultural Unification by helping the organization celebrate diverse cultures globally, spotlighting cultural moments, holidays, and traditions across our global teams, while amplifying a collective, unified company culture that brings these celebrations together under one shared identity
Contribute to employer brand and culture storytelling efforts, partnering with Talent and Marketing on recruitment marketing and employee experience content
Support crisis and issues communications as needed, working with Legal, HR, and senior leadership to deliver timely, accurate, and appropriate messaging

5+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field
