As a senior business systems consultant within Fleet & Specialty Programs’ Process and Systems group, you will support strategic projects within the organization and have the opportunity to contribute to the future roadmap of the organization. You will work closely with the Product Management, Underwriting, and Operations teams, including Worker’s Compensation and Medium Fleet to update and maintain the product roadmap. You’ll work on complex projects and system enhancements, consulting with a broad group of stakeholders. This position entails overseeing business requirements, testing, and managing backlogs as a Product Owner while contributing to enhancements within our Agile delivery teams. Our team cultivates a collaborative atmosphere across sales, underwriting, operations, accounting, and product areas.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training.

Minimum qualifications

A minimum of 8 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).

Preferred skills

Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Consultant or similar role supporting multiple initiatives concurrently, with strong systems analysis, requirements definition skills, and large-scale solution delivery.
Product Owner experience with strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies
Experience with Commercial Lines Systems (e.g., Duck Creek)
Commercial Lines Auto or Worker’s Compensation experience or product knowledge.
Strong analytical skills to assess complex needs, communicate effectively, and influence others.
Ability to collaborate and facilitate decisions across business leaders and IT partners and drive alignment.
Exceptional prioritization and time-management abilities. As priorities and projects change, you'll need the ability to multi-task and support multiple efforts at once.

Compensation

$81,300- $131,200/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
