Forward Deployed Creative

Role Overview
We're looking for a Forward Deployed Creative to help customers get the most out of GTV. You will onboard and train customers, design AI agents to automate creative workflows, and work closely with Engineering and Sales to turn user feedback into product improvements. This role is for someone who loves creating AI content and wants to reimagine the future of media.

Responsibilities
Onboard, train, and support customers on the GTV platform
Build and deploy GTV agents that automate content production
Partner with Engineering and the CEO to improve the GTV product experience
Experiment with the latest AI models to advance GTV's capabilities

Requirements
1+ years of industry experience as a content creator or marketer
Professional portfolio of high-quality creative work
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flow, etc.)
Strong creative instincts and exceptional taste in content
Excellent communication and collaboration with customers
Comfortable working at a fast-paced, early-stage company

Nice to Have
Prior experience at a startup or in a customer-facing role
Background in marketing, sales, content, or creative production
Familiarity with video, advertising, or creator tools
