Pediatric Registered Nurse & Licensed Practical Nurse (RN & LPN)

Qualifications

Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license or License Practical Nurse (LPN)
Current BLS certification
Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical completed within the last 12 months
Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years, if applicable)
Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)

About the Position
As a Pediatric Registered Nurse with Affirmed Home Care, you’ll provide individualized, high-quality skilled nursing care in a one-on-one home setting. You’ll build meaningful relationships with your patients and their families while receiving ongoing support from our experienced clinical and administrative teams.
