Qualifications
Active New York Registered Nurse LPN license
Current BLS Certification
Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
Minimum of one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within one year), or chest X-ray if applicable
Proof of MMR immunity (laboratory report)
