What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests in accordance with property procedures.
Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems, and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and follow established reporting procedures.
Support a welcoming residential environment by answering inquiries, receiving deliveries, and assisting residents and visitors with access-related needs.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
