Compensation: $200K+ DOE

About the Role

A growing healthcare medical supply company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Director to oversee and optimize all warehouse operations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands warehouse systems, automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is someone who can build and optimize a warehouse operation from the ground up, improve workflows, reduce costs, and create systems that allow the business to scale.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead warehouse teams and improve daily execution.
• Develop efficient warehouse layouts, processes, and workflows.
• Implement technology, automation, and systems to improve productivity.
• Reduce costs while improving speed and accuracy.
• Manage inventory flow, pallets, inbound shipments, and outbound orders.
• Develop operational metrics and accountability systems.
• Plan and execute warehouse expansions, relocations, or improvements.
• Solve operational challenges and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse operations leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse systems, technology, and automation.
• Experience building or significantly improving warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and fulfillment processes.
• Hands-on leader with strategic thinking and strong execution skills.
