About B'IYUN AI
B'IYUN AI is an AI education and consulting community for Jewish businesses and entrepreneurs. Members get 1:1 consulting on their own AI projects, in-depth videos of real projects being built, courses, community, career help in the AI space, and office hours. Membership is currently $18 a month, and the price is subject to increase over time.

The role
We're hiring commission sales managers to bring new members into B'IYUN AI. You'll find business owners, employees, entrepreneurs, and professionals alike who want to use AI in their work, show them what membership gives them, and bring them in.

The pay
- 40% of every membership you bring in, every month, for as long as that member stays.
- Your 40% is calculated on what the member pays, so when the price goes up, so does your commission on new members.
- Uncapped. No quotas, no minimums.
- Paid through Skool's affiliate program.

What it can add up to
At today's $18 price, each active member earns you $7.20 a month:
- 100 active members: $720 a month, $8,640 a year
- 500 active members: $3,600 a month, $43,200 a year
- 1,000 active members: $7,200 a month, $86,400 a year

Illustration at the current price, assuming members stay the full year. Your actual commission depends on how many members you bring in and how long they stay.

What we give you to get started
- Training, if you need it.
- Marketing materials at our cost, like flyers and business cards.
- Lead-generation tools and prospect lists.

What you'll do
- Find prospects: business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals in your network and beyond it.
- Start conversations over WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, phone, and in person.
- Learn each prospect's business well enough to explain where AI could help them.
- Answer questions and handle objections honestly.
- Follow up consistently and keep track of every prospect.
- Get to know B'IYUN AI from the inside, so you can speak to it with confidence.

Skills we're looking for
- A real network among Jewish business owners and professionals: shul, community, industry, alumni, WhatsApp groups.
- Confidence starting conversations with people you don't know well, and following up without being pushy.
- Clear, professional written English.
- Organization: you can manage hundreds of prospects in a spreadsheet or CRM without letting anyone slip.
- Self-drive: nobody checks in on you daily. You set your own targets and hit them.
- Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude, or the drive to learn them fast. You'll be explaining what AI can do for a business.
- Integrity. You represent B'IYUN AI: no spam, no overpromising.
- Sales, marketing, recruiting, or community-building experience is a strong plus, not a requirement.

- Remote, anywhere. Part-time or full-time, on your own hours.
- Commission-only. There is no base salary.
