A growing healthcare organization is seeking a tech-savvy Insurance Verification & Portal Coordinator to manage and optimize its proprietary insurance verification and patient intake portal. This role focuses on maintaining system functionality, improving workflows, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the development team to enhance the platform.
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance required. Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn complex workflows are essential. Experience with software development, QA testing, databases, or web applications is a strong plus.
