Operations Manager – Field Operations (In-Office)

Location: Rockland County, NY

Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 (DOE)

A rapidly growing insulation contractor is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations from its office in Rockland County. This is a full-time, in-office leadership role overseeing large-scale utility energy efficiency projects and multiple field crews.

Responsibilities:

– Schedule and coordinate field crews

– Oversee daily operations and job coverage

– Manage supervisors and field personnel

– Handle customer issues and operational challenges

– Ensure projects stay on schedule and run efficiently

– Lead in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Requirements:

– Proven experience managing field operations and multiple crews

– Strong leadership and organizational skills

– Ability to make quick decisions and keep operations running smoothly

– Experience running a disciplined, high-performing operation
