Livestream Studio Assistant and Packer

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Livestream Studio Assistant and Packer to support our fast-paced children's wear broadcasting operations in Midtown Manhattan. In this role, you will work side-by-side with our livestream talent and production team to ensure every broadcast runs smoothly. You will handle everything behind the scenes, from prepping and organizing garments before going live to managing sample racks and packing items after broadcasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and rack children's apparel samples prior to each live broadcast.

• Assist the livestream host during broadcasts with seamless product handoffs and product inventory tracking.

• Pack, label, and prep featured samples and items following live shopping events.

• Maintain a clean, organized studio space, keeping sample closets, props, and packing areas orderly.

• Track sample inventory coming in and going out of the studio for scheduled streams.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in studio support, retail inventory, garment prep, or e-commerce packing preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.

• Ability to stay active on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs as needed for studio setup.

• A reliable, proactive team player who communicates clearly and efficiently.

• An interest in fashion, retail, or live commerce operations is a plus.
