Construction Operations Manager

*Salary:* $90K-$110K

*Description:*
An established commercial construction and contract sales company is looking for a hands-on operations leader to build and run the back-office team supporting its Contract Sales Department. This is a true management role — someone who understands workflow, knows why processes exist, and can improve them while holding a team accountable.

*Responsibilities:*
- Build and manage the Contract Sales operations support team
- Establish clear workflows, ownership, and accountability across the department
- Oversee purchasing, order entry, equipment tracking, vendor follow-up, billing, and accounts receivable
- Ensure invoices are issued accurately and on time, and monitor past-due balances and collections
- Coordinate with project managers, sales, accounting, and the warehouse
- Develop reporting and performance standards, and recruit, train, and coach team members

*Qualifications:*
- Direct experience managing employees, not just coordinating their work
- Experience building or improving teams and operating procedures
- Strong operational leadership with experience overseeing billing and accounts receivable
- Confidence to address missed deadlines, collection issues, and performance issues head-on
