Position Overview

A rapidly growing home care organization is seeking an experienced Medical Biller to bring billing operations in-house. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a growing company and take on increasing responsibility as the organization expands.

Responsibilities

Manage medical billing and claims processing
Submit accurate and timely claims to payers
Follow up on outstanding, denied, and rejected claims
Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
Manage AR and ensure timely reimbursement
Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
Help build and improve billing processes as the company grows
Qualifications

2+ years of medical billing experience
Home care, nursing home or ABA billing experience required
Nursing home or similar healthcare billing experience will be considered
Strong knowledge of claims, denials, reimbursement, and AR follow-up
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
