SOFTWARE ENGINEER, Applied AI

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer, Applied AI to build AI-powered software and automation solutions for nonprofit organizations, with a focus on legal technology. You’ll develop and deploy custom applications, AI workflows, integrations, dashboards, and automation tools using technologies such as LLMs, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud platforms. This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours, although some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours is required for collaboration and communication.

 

To be considered, applicants must have at least 2 years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on experience building production software and working with AI tools or LLMs. Strong full-stack or backend development skills, excellent system design instincts, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment are essential. This position is intended for experienced software engineers and is not suitable for entry-level or junior developers.
