Customer Service Representative (CSR), Commercial Insurance

A commercial insurance brokerage is seeking a CSR to service and support a book of commercial accounts. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, processing policy changes and endorsements, issuing certificates of insurance, assisting with renewals, and liaising with carriers and underwriters to resolve client needs. Training on the insurance side is provided. Ideal candidate: no prior insurance experience required -- just someone very comfortable on the phone, customer-service oriented, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Pay is based on experience.
