Job responsibilities
Revenue Impact: Consistently contribute to Boost’s growth
Partnerships in this market are an integral part of the sales function. What used to be centred around relationship management has now evolved into a focus on true revenue impact and the business metrics that define this; partner-originated and partner-influenced ARR. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth via our third-party partners.

Pipeline Generation: Deliver quality and quantity
The critical prerequisite to revenue impact is focusing on generating a volume and quality of pipeline from our partners. This requires intense focus on quality; region, ICP, company size, business problem etc. Our partner channel represents an outsized proportion of the overall pipeline mix (typically more than 50%) and expectations are high If executed correctly, this often carries both a shorter sales cycle and a higher average order value. Your other primary task is to identify and discover pipeline via our partners.

Strategic Relationships: Win the mindshare battle, daily
Underpinning the pipeline and revenue goals is the ability to create and enhance relationships with partners we designate as strategic to our business. Perpetual effort is required to focus on positioning our differentiation vs the numerous other competitors vying for attention and priority with a partner account. Achieving and maintaining priority with designated partners is the core day-to-day loop.

Partner Enablement: A path to self-sufficiency
Persuading partners to prioritise our Partner Academy, to become an Authorised partner initially, followed by Certified in advanced skills is crucial to scale pipeline generation and enable partners to take more control of opportunities. Supporting our enablement team to help partners journey towards becoming self-sufficient is a critical success factor for our business.

GTM Alignment: Collaborate across functions
The role requires a strong aspect of internal selling and collaboration across key GTM departments. Working daily with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. Persuading AEs to collaborate with their local counterparts in partners, initiating and supporting co-marketing efforts with partners and helping partners see the expansion opportunity in jointly won accounts are all crucial collaborative efforts.

What’s in it for you?
An engaging work environment with people who share a common mindset; to deliver a world-class product in a brand new, up- and-coming industry.
Engaged, dynamic and extremely motivated colleagues in all departments, both professionally and socially. Challenging, varied and engaging work tasks.
Room and encouragement to be independent and innovative.
Opportunities for a very steep career path.
Competitive salary and exciting bonus schemes. Sounds good?
