Marketing Communications Specialist

This position may be performed remotely within the United States.

You’ll make an impact by:

Bringing your marketing communications expertise to life within a fast-paced, end-to-end marketing communications service delivery team. In this role, you will collaborate with an international team to create high-quality communications and marketing solutions for internal and external audiences.
Writing and editing content, including articles, email copy, marketing communications materials, and social media posts.
Planning, executing, and managing social media and email marketing campaigns.
Creating or supporting video production, motion graphics, infographics, and other marketing materials.
Supporting a variety of events, including marketing webinars.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital communications, writing, marketing communications, integrated communications, journalism, English, public relations, or similar from an accredited university.
3+ years adanced writing and editing skills, including a solid command of Associated Press style and desktop publishing.
1-5 years demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
High level of self-motivation, organization, and project management, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Proficient in English both written and verbal
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong customer service and customer-facing communication skills.
1–5 years of relevant experience; applicable internships may be included.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe or other creative and design programs, email marketing platforms, and Sprinklr or other social media platforms.
Education, concentration, or certification in digital marketing.
