Job description
The Team:
You will join the GTM Sales Enablement team. The global GTM Sales Enablement team empowers internal Sales Celonauts to acquire role-specific knowledge and develop the skills to drive business growth. We do that through the design and execution of innovative sales onboarding and learning journeys, GTM in-person events and interactive workshops.
The Role:
In this role, you will build and refine a new world-class onboarding engine that translates complex process analytics into repeatable sales success. You will serve as the architect of a new Account Executive’s first 90 days, ensuring they decrease time-to-productivity and possess the skills, product knowledge, and confidence required to achieve their quotas.
You will achieve this through the design, delivery, and ongoing coaching of our sales onboarding programs for newly hired Account Executives.
The work you’ll do:
Own the new AE Onboarding Journey: design, execute, and continuously optimize a comprehensive 30-60-90 day onboarding program for Commercial and Enterprise Account Executives globally.
Own the Celonis specific junior sales executives yearly talent program
Bridge Technical & Value Selling: Teach new hires how to navigate complex enterprise ecosystems (ERP, CRM, Supply Chain) and effectively position the Celonis AI Platform business case to C-level executives.
Embed Sales Methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC) seamlessly into the onboarding curriculum.
Facilitate & Coach: Lead high-impact live training sessions, workshops, boot camps, and role-play certifications focused on discovery, pitching, and negotiation.
Measure & Iterate: Define, track, and report on key onboarding metrics, such as time-to-first-deal and core competency milestones, leveraging data to constantly refine the program.
Collaborate Across GTM: Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to align onboarding content with shifting business goals.
Stay current on the Celonis product, use cases, and value proposition to know what “good” looks like and align the enablement accordingly.
Take a data-based approach in conjunction with the Enablement Analytics team, reviewing, measuring, and evaluating enablement impact in the region in order to foster a continuous improvement philosophy.
The qualifications you need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or a quota-carrying enterprise B2B sales role (AE or BDR) within a high-growth SaaS, data, or cloud infrastructure company.
Ability to quickly master the Celonis platform and articulate data architecture, process analytics, and workflow automation in clear business-value terms.
Familiarity with modern enablement tech stacks (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce, or modern LMS platforms).
Communication: Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience working in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Willingness to travel to key locations where in-person training sessions are conducted (primarily Munich and the US East Coast).
Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish is an advantage.
