Traveling Lead Merchandiser

As a Traveling Lead Merchandiser, you'll lead a crew, work directly with clients, and help ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

Lead and support merchandising and fixture installation crews
Follow client-provided processes, move plans, and project instructions
Execute planograms and store resets
Install retail shelving, fixtures, and displays
Coordinate daily work with the client and SPAR management
Provide direction and support to team members
Identify and communicate project issues or concerns to the client
Help ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations

Schedule & Travel

Sunday–Saturday
Typical start time: 7:00 AM
Travel schedule: Two weeks on / one week off
Overtime is common throughout each project
Willingness to travel extensively and drive up to 500 miles from your home location as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous retail merchandising, retail reset, or fixture installation experience required
Experience reading and executing planograms
Leadership or team lead experience preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications
Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
Ability to use a step ladder and work top stock
Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness and ability to travel extensively
