Associate Counsel

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and business-minded Associate Counsel to support the General Counsel with contracts, compliance, employment-related matters, risk management, and general legal guidance. This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership and exposure across the business, working closely with internal teams to provide practical legal support and help the company navigate day-to-day legal and operational matters. The ideal candidate must have a JD, active bar admission, and 2–6 years of transactional or commercial legal experience, with strong contract and compliance experience.
