Team Lead

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM–3:30 PM on-site

Salary: $60,000–$75,000

Location: Crown Heights - 9:30 AM–3:30 PM In-office

We're looking for an organized, proactive Team Lead to manage a team of 15 remote coordinators and keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for tracking team performance, assigning priorities, and making sure the team stays accountable and productive day to day.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and support a team of 15 remote coordinators
• Mentor and guide team members to success
• Monitor workloads, task completion, and overall team performance
• Assign priorities and ensure projects and daily responsibilities are completed on time
• Maintain clear communication and provide guidance to team members
• Maintain organized systems, records, and documentation

We're looking for someone with previous leadership or supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask. This role is a great fit for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and able to lead independently.
