Patient Enrollment Specialist

Help new patients get started with care by converting leads and guiding families through the enrollment process. We're looking for someone with strong phone sales skills who is goal-driven, organized, and has excellent communication and follow-through.

What you'll be doing:

• Speak with prospective patients about our services
• Convert leads into enrolled clients
• Guide families through intake and onboarding
• Coordinate with care teams for smooth enrollment
