Career Growth Path

We don't want someone who just wants to execute tasks—we are looking for a future leader:

• Months 1–3: Master the basics, learn inventory layout, and support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations.

• Months 3–6: Take full ownership of Shipping & Receiving and oversee product flow.

• Months 6+: Step into floor management—schedule warehouse staff, direct daily hustle, and manage floor operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Daily Operations: Unload, move, and organize large tile orders efficiently and safely.

• Order Fulfillment: Assist with picking, packing, and preparing tile shipments for customer deliveries.

• Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming inventory, inspect shipments for quality, and stage outbound freight.

• Team Leadership (As You Grow): Help manage floor staff, coordinate team schedules, and maintain a fast, efficient warehouse environment.

• Management Support: Work side-by-side with the Warehouse Manager to streamline processes and maximize output.
