In this role, you will handle a balanced mix of inbound leads, warm outbound calls, and dedicated customer service to help vehicle owners secure reliable extended coverage options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through a combination of warm outbound calls and incoming high-intent leads.

• Guide vehicle owners through available extended warranty and service contract options tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and maintaining high satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Follow up with prospect pipelines consistently to close sales and drive revenue.

• Accurately track, manage, and report daily sales activities and customer records within our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a call center, telesales, or inside sales environment is strongly preferred.

• Experience in automobile warranty, extended service contract, or auto sales is a major plus.

• Strong communication and active listening skills with a dynamic, customer-focused phone presence.

• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and overcome client objections effectively.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working productively in a full-time, in-office setup.
