This role is vital to our ongoing operations, ensuring the seamless management of our financial workflows and employee compensation during this transition period. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join us from early December through March.
In this position, you will be the backbone of our financial administrative operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our billing processes are accurate and our payroll is executed with precision and timeliness. We value independence and proactivity; you will be expected to hit the ground running, manage your own tasks efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of financial accuracy.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the full life cycle of day-to-day billing and collections, ensuring timely invoice generation and reconciliation.
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, including data entry, tax calculations, and final disbursement for all employees.
- Maintain meticulous administrative records and audit trails to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Utilize our financial software platforms to monitor accounts receivable, track payment trends, and generate comprehensive financial reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff regarding payroll inquiries, providing clear, professional, and prompt support.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline administrative workflows.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven professional experience in comprehensive billing and payroll processes, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional attention to detail with an analytical mindset capable of identifying and resolving errors quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable, self-starting professional who thrives when working independently and takes ownership of their tasks.
- High proficiency in modern financial software, payroll platforms, and standard office technology (specifically Microsoft Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive, confidential employee and financial information with complete discretion and professional integrity.
If you are a detail-driven financial professional looking for a focused, high-impact assignment where your expertise will be truly appreciated, we invite you to apply. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in our organization’s stability during a critical period, and we look forward to reviewing your qualifications.
