A Lakewood, NJ healthcare company is hiring a call center manager. Job includes managing a large and diverse team that answers the calls that is spread out in multiple locations. Job involves reviewing and analyzing reports to break down the data and to work with the IT team to build systems and reports that can be analyzed easily. Looking for someone that has a few years of experience managing a customer service team or a call center team. Ideal if the candidate has experience in the healthcare field. Candidate must have experience analyzing and reviewing reports and experience using AI tools. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm (must work until 5 pm) and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
