This is not a desk-only role. You will own our CRM, partner across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and drive scalable, measurable impact across the marketing funnel.
You will own our CRM platform, personally lead campaign operations, and be the driving force behind the data integrity and reporting infrastructure that powers our global marketing engine.

✔ Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
✔ Be the owner of attribution, analytics, and funnel reporting

Define and enforce UTM strategy and naming conventions for clean attribution and reporting
Refine lead scoring models and lifecycle stages to improve conversion and handoffs
Analytics, Attribution & Optimization
Develop and manage campaign performance dashboards in HubSpot and Power BI
Own marketing attribution tracking and evolve multi-touch attribution models in partnership with analytics teams
Monitor funnel metrics, identify drop-offs, and recommend improvements
Provide insights and performance reports to marketing, sales, and executive leadership
Tech Stack & Project Leadership
Manage integrations across the marketing and sales technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite, webinar tools, enrichment, chat)
Serve as point of contact for external integrators and technology partners
Lead cross-functional infrastructure and data projects that enhance GTM performance
Maintain SOPs and documentation for scalability and consistency
Support select sales enablement projects
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, or revenue operations
Expertise in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub

Familiarity with data visualization tools and campaign attribution models
Strong knowledge of lead lifecycle management, scoring, and funnel reporting

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot)
Exposure to paid media operations and analytics (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
Familiarity with GDPR compliance and data governance
