Job description
CLEAR is seeking a data-driven Product Marketing Manager (B2C) to help bring new products and businesses to life across our travel portfolio. This role focuses on increasing attach rates, deepening member engagement, and expanding average revenue per subscriber (ARPU) through high-impact cross-sell and upsell strategies.
Sitting at the intersection of Product, Growth, Lifecycle, Creative, and Analytics, you will shape positioning, messaging, packaging, and promotional strategy for new offerings—ensuring they are clearly differentiated, compelling, and seamlessly integrated into the member experience. You will partner with Creative, Growth, and CRM to translate those strategies into cohesive, multi-channel campaigns. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands subscription economics, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and knows how to drive incremental revenue while balancing long-term retention.
What you'll do:
Develop positioning, campaign messaging, and creative briefs that clearly articulate the value of new products
Own the product marketing strategy for targeted cross-sell and upsell campaigns, partnering with Integrated Marketing and channel owners to activate across in-app, email, paid, and owned channels
Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to design personalized journeys that introduce add-ons at high-intent moments in the member lifecycle
Identify behavioral signals and segmentation strategies to optimize audience targeting, offer timing, messaging, and relevance
Design and execute experiments to increase conversion, ARPU, and overall member lifetime value, using learnings to refine messaging, audiences, and offers
Collaborate with Product on pricing, bundling, merchandising, and in-product placement strategies
Act as the Product Marketing lead, aligning Product, Partnerships, Growth, and Brand on campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics to support seamless launches and ongoing optimization
How you'll measure success:
Attach rate and add-on penetration across the subscriber base
Incremental ARPU and contribution to subscriber LTV
Engagement and repeat usage of add-on products
Speed-to-market and speed-to-optimization for new add-on launches
What you're great at:
5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or campaign strategy within subscription, DTC, consumer tech, fintech, travel, an agency, or a similar consumer services business
Experience driving cross-sell, upsell, bundling, or expansion revenue strategies through multi-channel campaigns
Strong cross-functional collaboration and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and deadlines across Product, Analytics, Lifecycle, and Growth.
Proven ability to translate product value into compelling member-facing narratives and campaign messaging
Comfortable operating with ambiguity, managing shifting priorities, and testing, iterating, and optimizing in a fast-moving environment
