Director of Digital Technology

Chabad on Campus International (COCI) is looking for a Director of Digital Technology to lead and elevate the organization's full portfolio of digital products and platforms, which power a global network of over 1,000 college and university campuses reaching more than 160,000 students annually. This is a leadership role, not a hands-on engineering position - the ideal candidate is a forward-thinking technology visionary who can set direction, lead a team of specialists, and manage outside development partners, without needing to write code themselves.

The ideal candidate brings experience overseeing digital products or technology as a product manager, product owner, or technology leader, along with a track record in sales, partnerships, or customer-facing work that gives them a genuine feel for user needs. Strong people-leadership skills and the ability to manage external technology partners are essential, as is an authentic connection to COCI's mission and the communities it serves. This role is based at the COCI office in Brooklyn, NY (hybrid), and offers a competitive, six-figure compensation package commensurate with experience.
