Marketing and Communications Manager

Chabad on Campus International (COCI) is looking for an experienced and execution-focused Marketing and Communications Manager to bring structure, strategy, and follow-through to a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives across our programs and events - from collateral creation and email marketing to merchandise coordination and branding assets for our international network of Chabad Houses. This role is central to how clearly and effectively COCI reaches its network, with real ownership over turning a high volume of requests into sharper, well-timed communications that our audience actually engages with. 

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who thrives on leading multiple complex projects at once, with sound judgment of tone, timing, and audience, and an instinct for bringing order and processes. You bring at least two years of experience in marketing project management, communications, or a related field, along with excellent communication skills and comfort using AI tools like Claude. This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, with an in-person/hybrid work schedule and competitive compensation based on experience.
