A construction firm is seeking an experienced Estimator to analyze project costs, prepare detailed estimates, and manage bids. The role includes reviewing architectural drawings, preparing project budgets, obtaining subcontractor and vendor pricing, evaluating quotes, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and overseeing a remote team of estimating specialists.
2+ years of construction estimating experience and proficiency in construction takeoff software are required. Kreo is preferred, while PlanSwift or Bluebeam experience is required. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Spanish is a plus.
