Prior lending experience is not required; training will be provided on loan accounting and related processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping across related entities, maintaining accurate transaction records and separate books for each company.

  • Monitor daily cash activity and coordinate transfers between accounts and banks for loan funding, repayments, and other transactions.

  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and prepare journal entries.

  • Record loans issued to borrowers and the associated bank financing, including funding and repayment activity.

  • Prepare monthly interest invoices for borrowers, track collections, and follow up on outstanding payments.

  • Review and record interest charges from banks and ensure timely payment.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior leadership.

  • Manage bank account setup, documentation, and access, and coordinate with banking contacts as needed.

  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, escalating unusual transactions or unresolved questions promptly.

  • Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and work independently.

  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential financial information.

We value your confidentiality! All applications and inquiries will be handled discreetly.
