VP of Manufacturing Operations

Company Overview We are a growing manufacturing company investing in operational excellence, Lean manufacturing, and leadership development to support our next stage of growth. Position Overview This is a full-time onsite position based in Monroe, NY. The role includes overseeing manufacturing operations and ensuring efficiency and quality in production processes. Compensation The salary range for this position is $200,000–$250,000, plus a performance bonus. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage manufacturing operations. Implement Lean manufacturing principles. Develop and mentor leadership within the team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
