AI Specialist

An established ABA services company is seeking a highly intelligent, tech-savvy, and motivated AI Specialist to join its female office and help develop and implement AI solutions across the organization. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands emerging AI technologies, enjoys figuring out how things work, and wants to build practical systems that improve the way a company operates. The ideal candidate does not need extensive professional AI experience but should have a strong technical foundation, a developer or software background, and a genuine interest in learning and applying AI. This person will work across different areas of the company to identify opportunities for automation, build internal tools and workflows, and help establish AI-driven systems from the ground up. 

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and technology to improve internal processes, efficiency, communication, and day-to-day operations.
• Help design, build, test, and implement AI-powered systems, workflows, tools, and automations across different departments.
• Work closely with company leadership and team members to understand operational needs and translate them into practical technology and AI solutions.
• Research emerging AI tools and technologies, experiment with new solutions, troubleshoot systems, and continuously develop knowledge of AI capabilities and applications.

Skills

• Strong technical and analytical thinking with the ability to quickly understand new technologies and solve complex problems.
• Familiarity with AI tools, platforms, automation, APIs, or AI-assisted development, with a strong desire to deepen technical knowledge.
• Programming or software development skills, with experience in languages, frameworks, scripting, or development environments.
• Highly resourceful and curious, with the ability to take an idea from concept to a working solution and learn independently along the way.

Requirements

• Technical, computer science, software development, engineering, or related background preferred; equivalent hands-on technical experience will also be considered.
• Some experience with programming, software development, automation, AI tools, or building technical projects.
• Strong willingness to learn and experiment with new AI technologies; extensive professional AI experience is not required.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities.
