Senior Project Development Manager

We are a growing construction company seeking a Senior Project Development Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of major construction and capital improvement projects. In this role, you will act as a key advocate for owner interests, ensuring lasting value through clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and expert project oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee projects from initial concept through final completion, maintaining a strict focus on quality standards, budget adherence, and project schedules.
• Collaboration: Partner effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Technical Oversight: Utilize a strong working knowledge of construction documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and complex building systems.
• Permits & Approvals: Navigate intricate permitting and entitlement processes while coordinating with local authorities to keep projects moving forward.
• Owner Advocacy: Represent the owner’s interests throughout the project lifecycle to deliver maximum value.
