Location: Linden, NJ (On-site)
Compensation: $30.00 / hour

Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and welcoming ABA Site Coordinator to manage the day-to-day front-end operations of our Linden clinic. In this role, you will be the face of our center, ensuring a warm environment for families while keeping our daily operations running smoothly.
You will own the front-end patient and visitor experience, while our central corporate office handles the back-end infrastructure (billing, HR, and payroll). A key component of this role is serving as the communication bridge between the center and corporate regarding staffing, specifically identifying and reporting the need for new Behavior Technicians (BTs) based on student enrollment. You will also directly partner with the Clinical Director to manage center inventory and supply needs.

Key Responsibilities
Front-End & Reception Management
  • Greet families, clients, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor as they enter the clinic.
  • Manage the front desk area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling incoming mail.
  • Oversee daily client check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth transitions for children and parents.
Staffing Liaison & Communication
  • Monitor daily center operations to evaluate scheduling and staffing capacity.
  • Communicate ongoing staffing requirements directly to the main office, keeping them informed of immediate needs for new Behavior Technicians (BTs).
  • Collaborate with corporate recruiters to help coordinate local interviews or onboarding checkpoints for new clinic hires.
Clinical & Supply Support
  • Partner with the Clinical Director to evaluate the clinic’s operational needs.
  • Inventory and order office supplies, clinical materials, and token economy reinforcers.
  • Ensure therapy rooms and common spaces remain tidy, safe, and stocked with necessary programmatic tools.

Qualifications
  • Experience preferred in a medical front desk, healthcare reception, or ABA clinic administration role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly between center leadership and the corporate office.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and high attention to detail for managing multi-task environments.
  • Compassionate mindset with a natural comfort interacting with children with special needs and their families.
